Do I have to make repairs first?
No. Tenavere considers properties in their current condition, including homes that need significant repairs or updating.
How is an offer determined?
We consider the property’s condition, comparable sales, estimated repairs, title, holding costs, and market demand. Submitting information does not obligate you to accept an offer.
Is Tenavere a real estate brokerage?
No. Tenavere Property Group is a real estate investment business and does not provide brokerage, legal, tax, or financial advice.
Where do you currently work?
Tenavere is based in East Tennessee and currently focuses on properties in East Tennessee and other select markets on a case-by-case basis.
What does assignment mean?
An assignment transfers Tenavere’s rights under a purchase contract to another investor where allowed. Any transaction structure will be reflected in the written agreement, which you may review before signing.
